Masters Preliminary Admission for Bangladesh National University Higher Graduation Course. NU has two types of master’s preliminary Courses. NU Masters Preliminary Admission 2023
Masters Preliminary course for the student of Degree Pass student. Degree pass student has to join the Master’s Preliminary before the Master’s Course. The honors course has 4 years, and Degree has 3 years, and Honours students can directly get admission to a Master’s. Still, Due to the 3 years of the Degree Pass course, the Degree Pass course student has to join Masters Preliminary before getting admission in the Master’s course. Masters Preliminary Admission Process
If you have passed Degree Course from 2019-2020, you can apply for Masters’s Preliminary, and You have to minimum CGPA of 2.25. If you are eligible for admission, you have to apply online and print an online application copy. After getting an Online Print copy, you have to submit it to the college that you applied for. National Univerity Masters Preliminary Admission Circular was published on 15 March and Applications start on 16 March. You can see the Admission circular below.

Masters Preliminary Admission Result 2023
Masters Preliminary (Regular) Admission Result 2023 will publish in March. If you have applied to NU Masters Preliminary, then you can check your result on March 2023. National University Authority Published a notice regarding Admission results.
You can check your Preli Admission Result with Mobile SMS and Online. Masters Preliminary is also known as Masters 1st Year/Masters 1st Part. Let’s know how to get the Preli Admission Result.

Masters Preliminary 1st Merit Result 2023
Masters Preliminary 1st Merit Result will publish on March 2023. If you need to check your result, follow this post, and we already described how to get admission results. If NU publishes Masters Preliminary 2nd Merit result, then you will get it here.
Admission Procedure for Masters
- If you are on the merit list you need to log in to the official website and fill up the admission form
- After completing fill-up the form you have to go desire college with the printed final form and TK 835.00 for Registration
- The college authority will confirm/approve the admission
Preliminary to Masters Admission Release Slip
If any student has failed to get a chance in the merit list of Masters 1st year admission they have to apply for a release slip. Before the application process for the release slip, National University will publish a notice regarding the release slip. When the release slip application process started then you can apply. Preliminary Masters Admission release slip Results will publish on 12 June at 4.00 PM. See the below image for the result publication and checking instructions.
Who can apply for a Release slip:
- The student who got a chance on the merit list but hasn’t been admitted
- Students who apply for admission but did not get a chance on the merit list
You need to log in official admission website via roll number and PIN. After successful login, you will find an option to apply the release slip. You can choose a maximum of 5 colleges in the release slip application. So you have to think about a college seat and availability. After a successful application for the release slip, you have to wait for the release slip result and complete the admission.
